From Ipswich join up with the A1214 Woodbridge Road. Join with the A12 and go through 3 roundabouts. Take the B1078 exit towards Framlingham (B1116 / Wickham Market / Orford). At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B1078 and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the B1116 and follow this road though Hatcheston and Parham into Framlingham.

After the Railway Inn pub take the next right onto the B1119 (Fore Street) towards Saxmundham and Badingham. At the top of the hill, just after the road bends to the right, turn left onto the B1120 (Badingham Road). Keep on this road and the entrance to the Sports Club will be on your right hand side after about 400 yards.

From Bury St Edmunds join with up the A14 east towards Ipswich. After about 18 miles at Junction 51, take the A140 exit to Diss / Norwich / B1078. Enter the roundabout and take the 1st exit. Follow the A140 for 3.2 miles then turn right onto the A1120. Keep on the A1120 through Stonham Aspal and Earl Soham until you get to Saxtead Green. Turn right by the windmill onto the B1119 and continued on this road into Framlingham going past the High School.

When you reach the junction at the bottom of Mount Pleasant hill turn right onto the B1116 (College Road). When you reach the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit. Just after the pelican crossing turn left onto the B1119 (Fore Street) towards Saxmundam and Badingham. At the top of the hill, just after the road bends to the right, turn left onto the B1120 (Badingham Road). Keep on this road and the entrance to the Sports Club will be on your right hand side after about 400 yards.

From Lowestoft join up with the A12 south. After about 17 miles turn right onto the A1120 at Yoxford. Follow the A1120 for 6.5 miles through Sibton and Peasenhall. After the road bends round to the left continue straight ahead onto the B1120, signposted Framlingham. Follow the B1120 into Framlingham. The entrance to the Sports Clubs will then be on your left hand side after about 300 yards.
